It's easy for your life to get out of balance when you're working long hours, overloaded and stressed. While you're spending time with family and friends, get some perspective, especially if you’ve had a busy or stressful year.
To help you out, I've attached the Life Balance Exercise. Take a few minutes to go through it. If you’ve completed it before (perhaps a while ago), now is a good opportunity to see what’s changed.
