I hope you’re enjoying time with family and friends - after all, they're what’s really important in life.
It’s time to start focusing on next year and to think about what you want to achieve.
Planning is probably one of the most important things you can do. It's one of the key strategies my clients tell me has had the impact on their life. It will make a real difference to how much
you achieve and help you stay focused.
If you've already completed the Life Balance Exercise, you may have a few goals and objectives for 2016. You can use the attached One Page Plan to write down your goals for the year.
Set aside a few minutes at the beginning (or end) of each day to plan what you need to do to achieve your goals. Get into the habit of doing this every day and make sure your daily tasks are part of your
bigger, long-term goals.
Tip: If you need a reminder, set 10-15 minutes in your diary for planning. Once you’ve got into the daily habit, 5-10 minutes is usually all you need.
Tomorrow ... look out for 50% off a one hour session.
Happy Holidays,
