Hello
,
By now, if you completed the actions in the first two emails, you’ll have your goals and a plan for 2016.
Now’s the time to create the daily actions that will enable you to take real, practical steps to achieving what you want.
“You are what you repeatedly do.”
Who or what do you want to be in 2016? Consistency is what will get you
results.
There are a number of new habits I want to create in 2016. I’m sure you have a few too - we often create them as New Year resolutions.
- a healthier lifestyle (exercise and diet goals)
- enjoy your life more (social/family time)
- greater success at work (career/business)
- a new job/house/car …
Create daily habits and actions that will help you achieve each goal. Each day you can track, monitor
and review your progress using tools, checklists and a wall-chart.
I love checklists, virtual and real. I use them all the time and share them with clients. They’re a great way to stay focused and motivated. There’s nothing like the satisfaction of being able to tick off an achievement against each action, seeing the progress you’re making towards achieving your goals. (Drop me an
email if you’d like to find out what I use.)
What daily habit(s) do you need to create that will enable you to achieve what you want in 2016?
Clare
P.S. Look out for tomorrow’s email if you want a way to stay
focused, motivated and successfully create your new habit(s).
