12 Days #7 - Your 31 Day Challenge

A very Happy New Year to you.

It can take 30 days (or 30 repetitions) to create a new habit.

Today’s 31 Day Challenge provides you with 31 Days of focus, motivation and support with over 5 hours of coaching.

This is usually only available as the 91 Day Challenge but at the beginning of the year, I wanted to offer you a taster and help you achieve some of those New Year resolutions.
