Hello ,
Have you missed me or at least the newsletter?
You may not even have noticed it's absence from your Inbox if you've been on the receiving end of the 100+ emails the average person receives each day (80% of which aren't important).
Sometimes it's good
to step back and take a break. Here's what's been happening in the last few months:
I had another operation at the end of last year. A last minute cancellation so I hastily rearranged my plans for December. I'm fine now thanks. A quicker recovery than my first one but still a few weeks off or taking it easy.
In February I attended an amazing
Journey of Self Discovery workshop in Kerala, India run by my coach. A great opportunity to visit a new country, while doing something a little different, recharge my batteries, enjoy new experiences and do some travelling. When you want to make significant changes in your life, it helps to take yourself out of your usual environment and step out of your comfort zone.
There is no better place to do this than in a different country, climate and culture.

Last month many of us changed to Daylight Savings Time and 'lost' an hour. I spent several weeks researching and
writing the
Daily Savings Time report in conjunction with
Workfront. The stats on how and where we waste time make interesting
reading (email being just one). You'll also find tips on how you can regain, not just the 'lost' hour but an extra hour every day. Download and

I also recorded an interview for an upcoming video summit. Join me and 20+ other experts as we share our insights and strategies on how you can create a more balanced and fulfilling life. Register for details - it's free!

And finally, I'm back in training for my next cycling challenge in May - 150 miles from Brighton to Paris for Blind Veterans UK. You can find out more and if you'd like to contribute and help me reach my fundraising target

It's All About The Balance
Much of the work I do with my clients, in workshops and in talks often starts with Time Management and Productivity. What we really focus on is how this affects
every area of their lives and what they can do to restore the natural balance in their lives.
When you spend too much time in the office, working long hours, it takes it's toll on your health and wellbeing. Recognise the impact your current way of working is having on you, your health, your stress levels and those around you.
Make better use of your time so you're able to work more productively, effectively and with less stress.
Find time to focus on and do the things that are really important in your life.
Become more aware of when your life gets out of kilter and what you need to do to create a calmer, more balanced way of being.
The
91 Day
Challenge is the perfect way to build and develop a better way of working in a short period of time with daily 1:1 coaching. Create new habits to support you and find ways to deal with the issues and challenges as they arise.
Get in touch - drop me an email or arrange a time for a no obligation chat and start living a stress-free, calmer, more balanced life.
Until next
time,
