Hello ,

It's been a busy few weeks running and facilitating workshops, seminars, talks and online interviews. Balanced, of course, with time to relax, enjoying new experiences both at home and abroad.

I also managed to pop up on BBC Radio last week - no, nothing to do with the EU Referendum!

I also took a leap, uncomfortable as it felt, into video blogging by doing a 'live' video on Facebook. How scary was that!
