It's easy for your life to get out of balance when you're spending too many hours at work or working into the evenings and weekends. You feel overloaded with work and you're constantly stressed. (Hands up if you've already sneaked a peek at your email).

you spend this time with family and friends it gives you a better sense of perspective and you regain your sense of what's important, especially if you’ve had a busy or stressful year.
