Welcome to Day 4 of the 31 Day Habit Challenge.

Now you’ve logged your time for one day, you can start to get a sense of your productive time and where you time is spent less productively.

What pattern have you notice already?

Time spent at work:
- productive time ...
- non-productive time ...
- wasted time ...
- distractions/interruptions ...

Time outside of work:
- socialising
- relaxing
- exercise
- personal development

Can you reduce your unproductive time and remove the time-wasters to reduce the time you spend at work.

Spend less time watching TV, on Facebook, on your laptop, phone ... 
Spend more time reading, learning, exercising on self-development ...

You have all the time you need to do whatever you want. If it's important, you'll find the time. Unfortunately we tend to think everything is important or try to do too much all at once.

What can you stop doing that's not so important to you or doesn't get you the results you want and start doing something that does?


Doing less is better than doing too much.
