Hello
,
For the last two days we've looked at the previous year and how your life looks overall.
Now it’s time to start focusing on the coming year and think about what you want to achieve.
You may be planning New Year Resolutions for the year ahead. Are they the most common ones ... get fit, lose weight, give up smoking/drinking ... or is it something different?
Only 8% of people manage to keep their New Year Resolutions. Most people have usually given up by mid-February or early March.
Improve your chances of achieving yours by setting up a coaching structure to support you.
SPECIAL OFFER
Kick-start your 2021 with 20% off a month (or three) of coaching.

The clearer you are about what it is you actually want and what really matters to you, the more motivated you are and the more likely you are to achieve it.
Start by looking forward to twelve months time. What is it that you want to have achieved over the past year? Take a few minutes, not just to think about what your life will be like in 12 months time but write it down.
Think about all the different aspects of your life:
- Work - your job, career and finances
- Personal - health, family, relationships and growth
- Community - social, giving back
Be clear, specific and create S.M.A.R.T.A goals:
- Specific - what and why? Include the detail, motivation and purpose.
- Measurable - how much, how many? How will I know I've achieved it?
- Achievable - can I accomplish it, how realistic is it? Is it challenging enough?
- Relevant - how important is this to me? Is it the right time?
- Timebound - when will I achieve it?
- Accountable - how will I make sure I achieve it? Who will keep me on track?
Do your goals excite, motivate and energise you?
What’s your emotional response when you think about what you will achieve and where you want to be in twelve months time?
Until tomorrow,
Clare
