Create daily habits and actions that will help you achieve want. Set aside a few minutes each day for tracking, monitoring and reviewing your progress.
I love checklists, online and printed. I use them all the time and share them with clients. They’re a great way to stay focused and motivated.
There’s nothing like the satisfaction of being able to tick off a daily activity to create momentum as you build new habits and see the progress you’re making towards achieving your goals.
