Here we are at Day 12.
Thank you to everyone who’s taken the time to get in touch over the last few days and congratulations to those who have taken up the New Year offers.

New habits take time to develop so give yourself a chance. Stick at it until they become second nature.
Use planners and checklists to help you along the way and keep you focused and on track.
Thinking and knowing are all very well, as is reading about it. The change happens when you put thoughts and knowledge into action.
Decide what you want to change and commit to getting it done. Patience, persistence and consistency will get you the results you want.
