Welcome to all the new subscribers who’ve joined since the start of the year.
How has 2021 been so far for you? I know from the messages, emails and conversations I've been having, that a lot of people are finding it tough. Hardly surprising with everything that's been going on over the last 12 months. Losing family members. Limited from seeing friends and family. Still working from home. Juggling work, life and home schooling.
Signs of spring are in the air and I feel like I'm coming out of hibernation. I recognised that, like many others, the impact of lockdown had changed my eating and exercise habits. I jumped back into a daily exercise routine for this month and with one more day to go, I'm now into a better daily routine. The sunshine and warmer days help.
The beginning of the year is usually a good time to refocus on what our 'real' priorities are. Maybe it's just happening a couple of months later this year.
It's time to regain a sense of perspective, to look after ourselves and those around us, to mentally and physically declutter, streamline and simplify our lives. Let go of the habits and behaviours that no longer support you and start to create new, better ways of working and being.
