How often do you say to yourself - "If only I had more time to do ..."
While we all have the same 24 hours in the day, the choices you make determine how much you get done and how productive you are ... or could be.
Now you probably have an idea of where you currently spend your time. If not, it’s difficult to know how you can make better choices if you don’t know where it goes. How often are you busy being busy but not really getting things done?
Over the next couple of days, notice those moments when you get distracted, interrupted or frustrated when you’re not able to focus on what you want to do.
