Did you take part in the habit challenge last month, if so, how did you get on?
I did and successfully completed:
- 31 days of yoga/stretching - 10-30 minutes each day
- 150,000 steps in July - avg 5000 steps a day with a few 10k+ days
My reason for wanting to increase my activity and flexibility is apart from being a good thing to do, next month I'm taking part in a fund-raising challenge for Odyssey Challenging Cancer.
It's a small charity I'm closely involved with, which does amazing
things for people with cancer. I know, because I was a participant on one of their courses after my own cancer treatment a few years ago.
So this year, in order to raise money to fund a
place on a course, I'm completing the Great Glen Canoe Challenge - paddling, coast to coast across Scotland - 95km in 5 days. Taking everything we need with us, camping overnight along the way!

Experience Coaching for Yourself
As a change from just asking for
sponsorship or standing in the wind and rain at a car boot sale (I'll be doing that too) ... I want to offer the experience of coaching in a more accessible way AND contribute to a worthwhile cause.
So I'm offering a limited number of Pay What You Want 1:1 Coaching Sessions.
Yes, YOU decide how much you want to pay, based on the value you
receive in your session.
There's a minimum payment of £20($25) for a session.

Your contribution goes beyond your 1:1 Coaching session, as 50% of the payment from each session will be donated to Odyssey.

How It Works
This is a full-blown coaching session over Zoom of up to 50 minutes. It's not just an initial chat or strategy session that I offer for free. You'll get to experience the power of coaching for yourself.
